- Phone calls: All phone calls held through the TutorCentro system are automatically recorded by our call service provider Twilio. These are stored on our servers to ensure safety of our tutors and students and also to help improve the provision of our services for monitoring and quality purposes and for dispute resolution.
- Message transcripts: All messages sent through the TutorCentro system are automatically recorded by our call service provider. These are stored on our servers to ensure safety of our tutors and students and also to help improve the provision of our services for monitoring and quality purposes and for dispute resolution.
